  • What is the age for the services you provide?
    Aurora provides services for all ages. Early Intervention supports such as the Early Start Denver Model are designed for children age 0 to 5 years of age. Our Specialist behaviour Supports is available to anyone from children to teens to adults. Our Life skills programs can benefit young children’s independent skills as well as teens and adults depending on their personal goals. Our Peers Social Skills program is offered to children in primary and high school.
  • Can services be provided at home, school, and the community?
    We understand it is important for participants to have support where they need it most. We can provide services at any of these places: at your home at your child’s childcare centre, preschool or school, in the community at day programs.
  • What Does Aurora charge?
    Aurora’s pricing is in line with the current NDIS price guide. Before receiving services, we will arrange a quoting session to clearly explain all the costs relevant to you. (Link to NDIS pricing https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements )
  • How much does Aurora charge for travel?
    Aurora charges the maximum amount of 30 minutes as per NDIS price guidelines. https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements
  • Which areas does Aurora provide supports in?
    Aurora mostly provides supports in the Eastern suburbs and within a 20 km radius. This includes greater Sydney, Campsie, Marrickville, Hurstville, Rozelle, Balmain amongst other suburbs. Unfortunately, we do not provide supports to areas that exceed the 20 km radius from the Eastern Suburbs
  • What if we do not have NDIS funding. Can we still access Aurora’s supports?
    Yes, with out-of-pocket funding.
